  • Sugar (sugar, brown sugar), salt, dehydrated vegetables (onion, red bell pepper), spices, silicon dioxide, spice extract, canola oil, smoke flavours.

Directions for Use:

  • Suggested Uses: Use as a dry rub onto pork, beef, chicken or fish as required. Or, to make Applewood Smoke Sauce, mix 1 cup ketchup with 2 tablespoons of seasoning. Use as a marinade on chicken wings or ribs
